Labour’s relentless march towards the Big Brother Nanny State took another giant step on spying on it’s citizens today as plans are announced for every phone call, text, email and web site visit is to be stored for 1 year by the Internet Service Providers for monitoring by the state.
However the Government announced yesterday it was pressing ahead with privately-held “Big Brother” databases which opposition leaders said amount to “state-spying” and a form of “covert surveillance” on the public.
It is doing so despite its own consultation showing there is little public support for the plans.
Labour hates freedom of speech and other democratic institutions that this country has been built on. If you dont agree with Dear Leader and The Party line then you need “political re-education”, we have a Government that does not trust it’s citizens as is amply demonstrated by the fact that all adults are latent paedophiles.
Disgraced former Labour Minister Hazel Blears described blogs are corrosive and put forward a plan that all bloggers should be licenced by the Government. By the way how’s the car Hazel?
Labour cannot be gone soon enough, otherwise we will have the Stasi escorting us to the polling stations and making sure we vote Labour. Someone should tell the Prime Mentalist that Big Brother was a work of fiction, not a blueprint for modern Britain.

I am not frauding benefits but I am going to get paranoid if I feel I am being spied on all the time. Where is my privacy
I suppose there will be people who will just keep teting that they cant walk or that their back is bad today, maybe if we are all liars in the governments eyes we should all be texting exactly what they dont want to hear.
What I get mad at is, that I know people with hotels and business,s who are frauding tax by not putting customes through their books and they get away with it whereas some poor stressed person on £44 per week through no fault of their own is going to get driven to suicide.
