European Court Of Human Rights Halts Extradition Of Abu Hamza
Just what goes through the minds of the utopian socialist fuckwits who make up the European Court of Human Rights?
What for this, the Court is concerned about the possible lenght of jail terms that Hamza and Babar Ahmad could receive if convicted of terrorism charges in the USA. Life without parole is far too harsh a sentence for a terrorist willing to sentence his victims to death without parole.
Both Hamza and Babar went to the Court of Human Rights separately on the grounds that their treatment could breach Human Rights Conventions on “torture and dergading treatement”.
How the terrorist must laugh at us, they can use our own laws to make a mockery of us, and any of our attempts to get justice, talk about fighting a war with one hand tied to your balls.
If you consider the fictional case of a wanted terroist who for the sake of argument Aardvark will call Asshole Bin Liner. Now Bin Liner is wanted for a shopping mall bombing in Obamaville where many people died and many more were wounded by a particularly nasty shrapnel bomb.
There is CCTV footage of Bin Liner placing him at the mall before the explosion, and further CCTV footage of Bin Liner dialing a number on a mobile in the car park, almost immediately the bomb blew.
A second bomb failed to explode, this has Bin Liners fingerprints on the internal components.
There is a more than circumstancial case to answer in this ficticious case.
Now the $64,000 question is, faced with this evidence what would the European Court of Human Rights do?
On current evidence they would be more worried about the perpetrator of the crime than the dead or wounded, so probably would not extradite to the USA.
What sort of world is being created where the wrong doers have more than their innocent victims and using some socialist EU speak can evade justice and prevent closure for their victims?
Back to the Real World now.
Its not going down a storm in the USA, following on from some appeasing Scottish/Labour spunk bubble letting the Lockerbie bomber go. Wasn’t he supposed to be dead by now?
The New York Daily News:
The U.S. has tried to get Hamza sent to America since 2004. The European court has held up the extradition for the past three years.
The comments from US readers really do say it all:

Dear oh Dear, what a silly rant this is. Your complaint is against the court of human rights and their application of the law. The law is neither socialist nor fascist. Just because you find Abu Hamsa and his ilk despicable (like we all do) does not mean we should disregard the law. The law serves everyone or it serves no one. it must be applied fairly and consistently not just when we want it to suit public opinion.
BTW the US has absolutely shocking misbehaviours when it comes to human rights so I would resist any urge you have to send anyone to face their legal system.
As for your remark re lockerbie – it shows the level of your ignorance, it was a Scottish Nationalist Party Justice secretary, not a spunk bubble as you so eloquently put it.
Take your pills and have a wee lie down, you must be tired after spouting such nonsense.
Not in the slighest can carry on for hours without the aid of pills or lie down
Anyone who believes that the release of the Lockerbie was not sanctioned from London believes that Gordon Brown was the greatest Chancellor we have ever had. PMSL
The USA record on human rights is far better than the societies that most of the terrorists aspire to, there comes a point when your actions negate your human rights, and as I said the most important part
WHAT ABOUT THE RIGHTS OF THE VICTIMS?
Too many human rights without any responsibilities.
Nice one, TA, I notice that Gary McKinnon is still in serious danger of being extradited…… it all reeks really badly of Lefty Double standards to me…… we mustn’t offend those Muslims!
I hope McKinnon does get extradited. It is time these hackers realised that it is not all a little game. what they do can impact on the rest of us. Playing the retard card is not good enough.
ooopps that wasn’t very PC was it.
HE broke into the pentagons servers. He should face the consequences.
If Gary McKinnon should face extradition for hacking into a supposedly secure system that cost a fortune, (I actually think they should give him a job), then so should Hamza – for recruiting and organising terrorist cells, preaching hatred and inciting violence.
He didn’t lose those limbs and mess up his eye by being a good citizen and he is undoubtedly dangerous.
And strange how Labour didn’t even think of having him arrested until the Americans said they wanted him extradited for acts of terrorism.
Dreamer…we tend to agree on much things..on this one I feel that we cannot.
I ACCEPT what McKinnon did was certainly illegal & possibly very dangerous..I also accept that the R card should not be used as an excuse…
HOWEVER, I remain convinced that McKinnon (if his condition is as clear cut as reported) really did not understand the potential consequences of his actions….this is not the same as being ignorant.
IF he is incarcerated, he would need to be closely watched..let’s face it..his knowledge would be useful to plenty of the inmates.
He needs a damn good bollocking (assuming that this is a concept that he understands) & then let loose helping our security people…
