The inexorable march of shale gas in europe continues, no sooner has Britain given the green light for fracking so the German Parliament has voted by 309 against 259 to continue fracking.

But isn’t fracking according to the Greens a new and barely tried technology?
Germany has been fracking since the 1960s, without any of the often predicted Green disasters happening, after 50 years fracking is hardly an emergent technology.

David Cameron – “Britain Must Be At The Heart Of Shale Gas Revolution”
British Prime Minster David Cameron “We should take part in fracking because this might be a revolution and if we ignored it completely we could be giving our economy much higher energy prices than would otherwise be necessary.”
Finally David Cameron has broken his silence on Climate Change, after a chequered history involving bothering huskies and putting a bijou bird chopper on his roof, Dave has finally woken up to the economic political reality of the Green dream, it is totally unaffordable.
More importantly though, because Dave is a politician, high energy prices do not win votes or create jobs, which also win votes, once being Green was sort of a vote winner now as COP18 has demonstrated the whole AGW boondoggle is dead, and politicians have a severe aversion to hanging around dead political agendas.

Friends Of The Earth – Britain Must Not Have Shale Gas
The appointment of Owen Paterson as Environment Secretary last week caused significant upset and turmoil in watermelon world.
Paterson has spoken out in the past about ending subsidies for the Green renewable energy boondoggle and fast tracking shale gas, which according to Monbiot is a declaration of war on the environment.

Britain Scraps Post 2020 Unilateral Climate Targets
Wind Farm subsidies are to be cut 10% as George Osborne refuses to sign for more economic suicide from Climate Change Targets post 2020.
This has been a very long time coming, but at last some sense is starting to prevail, and the rollback of the Green nightmare is starting in Britain.
George Osborne is refusing to sign up to new carbon emissions targets and insisting on a new ‘dash for gas’ as the Government prepares to unveil its latest energy plans. The Chancellor, backed by David Cameron, is understood to be determined not to commit Britain to tough new climate targets beyond 2020, arguing they will put businesses at a significant disadvantage.

The reality has still to set in for the ecomentalists, no one is listening, no one cares what you say and the whole Green ecomentalist movement is peripheral to everything these days.
Global warming, climate change, climate disruption, sustainable development whatever the ever changing scam was all about, died at Rio+20 so the same old tired calls for Green energy and CO2 emissions cuts are just so much worn out Green rhetoric.

Why Do Green Environmentalists Oppose Everything
The only fairytale is that CO2 is the main driver of climate, not the sun
“Dash for Gas angers campaigners” trumpets the Guardian with the usual righteous indignation because the Green environmental movement is upset.
The Greens naturally oppose anything that is not heavily subsidised politically correct Green renewable energy, never a movement to be confused with real facts, they are programmed to automatically oppose any form of affordable reliable energy.
The extravagant and erroneous statements they make about solar power for example: “There are enough roof tops in Britain for the country to provide its energy needs“; doubtless there is sufficient roof space for this Green wet dream, the problem is that the most significant part of this equation, the big orange ball in the sky does not always shine and is conspicuous by its absence at night.
The same goes for wind farms, which despite getting billions in Green subsidies fail to generate more than 3.3% of Britain’s electricity needs and suffer from the problems of no wind, too much wind and not very often being able to generate sufficient power at times of peak demand. EU – Fracking Does Not Need More Regulation
One of the last bastions of Climate Religion, the EU, has in a report said that Fracking does not need more environmental legislation for now, though the situation could be reviewed once fracking becomes a wide spread activity.
This is an interesting shift in policy from the EU, who a few months ago were hell bent on stopping fracking, as usage of reliable affordable energy like Shale Gas, would interfere with the sacred CO2 emissions targets.

Why Britain Needs Shale Gas
One of the major problems facing industry and households in Britain today is the price of energy, there is a solution to the current very high cost of gas and electricity, shale gas.
As usual the Green ecomentalists led by Chris Huhne, the minister for Climate Religion and Green subsidies have spread fear stories about fracking, quoted a junk science documentary, Gasland, as the definitive source on the Green perils of fracking.
The resistance to fracking is wholly ideological, nothing else, as cheap gas makes the already economically unviable wind and solar industries who are subsidised to the hilt by Green taxation, subsidy, Feedin Tariff or whatever you want to call it, even more unaffordable. British Geologists Fracking Is Safe
No evidence in peer-reviewed literature of pollution of water by methane as a result of fracking
When the news of Cuadrillas large find of shale gas near Blackpool broke it was greeted a with an uproar of protest from the Green ecomentalists who immediately saw that shale gas being cheap, affordable and economically viable without Green taxation, would spell the end of the wind and solar renewables scam.
Climate Religion minister Chris Huhne immediately started telling the world that fracking was dangerous and that the definitive source of information on fracking was a tissue of Green extremists lies masquerading as a documentary called Gasland.
Hunhe then fearing a backlash from the Green NGOs, whose approval for all his actions he so desperately seeks then stated that shale gas would be halted as it interferred with the sacred CO2 emissions targets of Climate Religion.

US Greens Report Lies About Shale Gas
Fracking scares the hell out of the Green ecomentalists so they produced a report that lies about Shale Gas
The Green dream has crashed and burned globally, none of their predictions of environmental holocaust and Armageddon have come true, the planet in blissful ignorance of the predictions of flawed computer models and junk science data manipulation stubbornly refuses to warm and the flag-ship of their dream wind and solar power has proved an economic disaster.
The Green renewables industry works on crony capitalism and Green taxes paid for by consumers, sure they call the Green taxes Feedin Tariffs or other sanitized expressions for tax, but Green taxes are what keeps the economically unviable renewables industry barely afloat.
